How can I access my mail from the DSTN
Mailservers?
Instructions for Microsoft Outlook:
Start MS Outlook. Go to Tools - Email
Accounts. Select "View or change
existing email accounts". Click on the
next button and select the mail profile
and click on change. Go to the "Server
Tab" to change or add your information.
Incoming mail (POP3):
mail.dstn.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP):
mail.dstn.com
Don't forget to select "My
server requires authentication"
(this required for security reasons -
you will not be able to send mail).
Click "next" to finish
Instructions for Microsoft Outlook
Express:
Start Microsoft Outlook Express. Go to
Tools, then Accounts, Mail Tab.
Click on Add - Mail. Then type a display
name, click next.
Type your e-mail address, click next.
Your incoming mailserver is a "Pop3"
server. Type for:
Incoming mail (POP3):
mail.dstn.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP):
mail.dstn.com
Then click next. To finish type in your
username & password.
Don't forget - go back to the "Mail Tab"
and select properties, then go to the
"Server Tab" and under "Outgoing Server"
select "My
server requires authentication"
(this required for security reasons -
you will not be able to send mail).
Click Ok and then Close
Intructions for Web Mail:
Just login via our website of type
in
http://webmail.dstn.com
Type in your username and password
- that's it!

I can't browse and don't seem to have
Internet (ADSL).
a) If you have an ADSL connection from
your ISP, please "hard reset" your ADSL
router box (Pull out your power cable
and connect it again).
b) If this doesn't help, check if your
ethernet connection is not disabled.
Otherwise enable it.
c) Check your DNS settings and fill in
the correct IP
(ISP: Telesur - 200.1.157.11 and
200.1.156.11)
d) Scan your PC for spyware (definition
files must be up to date).
If none of
these points work, contact your ISP.

I can't login to my FTP account?
a)
Check if you typed in the correct
server address starting with:
ftp.yourdomain.com
b) Check your 'Username' &
'Password'
c) Maybe your Internet provider has
problems with there connection or port
